Editorial Policy

This Editorial Policy describes how content is created, reviewed and maintained on BSEN Tech.

Our Editorial Mission

BSEN Tech publishes practical, original guidance on business systems, CRM tools, helpdesk software and workflow design for small organisations. Our aim is to produce content that is useful to business owners and operations managers — content that can be applied in practice without requiring specialist IT resources or large budgets.

Content Standards

All articles published on BSEN Tech must meet the following standards:

  • Original: Content is not copied from other sources and is not generated without human editorial review.
  • Accurate: We make reasonable efforts to verify information before publication. Where we are uncertain, we state that clearly.
  • Practical: Content should be actionable — a reader should be able to do something with it.
  • Honest: We do not make claims we cannot support. We do not publish content designed primarily to generate advertising revenue without providing genuine value to the reader.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently of advertising or commercial relationships. We do not accept payment for editorial mentions. Where we mention a tool or service in an article, it is because we believe the mention is relevant to the reader.

Corrections

If you believe content on BSEN Tech contains an error, please contact us at info@bsentech.com. We will review corrections promptly and update content where appropriate.

Updates to Content

We review published content periodically and update articles where information has changed or where we can add further practical value. Significant updates are reflected in the article date.
